Show Basics for Vendors
- Setup on Saturday, August 31, 8–9:45 AM
- Show runs 10 AM – 6 PM Saturday through Monday, 8/31–9/2/2024
- OPTIONAL additional vending time. Vendors who choose to do so may remain open during the Opening Reception on Saturday from 6:15 to 8 PM
- Teardown begins 6:15 PM on Monday, 9/2
- Location: Building 2 at the North Florida Fairgrounds, 441 Paul Russell Road in Tallahassee
What will bring visitors (your potential customers) to our show?
- Our exhibit will include about 175–200 quilts on display.
One of the biggest quilt exhibits in the area! - There will be six demonstrations per day of quilting and related craft techniques
- The drawing for our Opportunity Quilt will take place on the last day of the show
- Silent Auction of quilts and more
- Opening reception on Saturday evening
How will the show be advertised?
- Advertising by print, broadcast, and social media
- Listing in COCA’s events and other local calendars
- Notifications to other Florida and Georgia quilt guilds
- Quilt guild members will come with family and friends to show their work
