SWAP MEET!
At the March 9 meeting you can sell your surplus or unloved quilting and craft supplies
(or anything else that you think would appeal to Guild members) and shop for
bargains from your fellow quilters. Here are guidelines for participating in the swap
meet:
❖ Table rentals cost $10 for a whole table, $5 for half of a table. You can reserve a
table on the Quilters Unlimited website or at the February meeting.
❖ Tables can be rented by individuals or groups.
❖ If you rent half of a table, please bring something (painters’ tape, a ping pong
net, etc.) to subdivide the table.
❖ On the night of the Swap Meet you can come into the meeting space at 5:45
to set up your items.
❖ Please bring a sheet or something to cover up the merchandise until the
business segment of the meeting is completed.
❖ There will be no sales until the Swap Meet begins.
❖ Sellers are responsible for making change for their sales.
❖ All items that are not sold must be removed from the meeting space at the end
of the evening.
