ELIGIBILITY
MEMBERSHIP: Members of Quilters Unlimited may enter quilts they have made or were made by a youth in their family. If you haven’t paid your 2024 dues, do that first!
NUMBER OF QUILTS: Members may enter three quilts plus a Challenge quilt. If more quilts are entered than will fit in the display, priority will be given to including as many different quilters as possible.
SIZES: Maximum size is 114 inches wide by 114 inches tall (9’6″x9’6″). There is no minimum size — miniature quilts are welcome! Note: No hanging sleeves are required for this show. Quilts will be hung from skirt hangers (1 to 6 hangers, depending on the size of the quilt).
NEW TO A QU SHOW: Quilts must not have been shown at any previous QUILTERS UNLIMITED show.
VOLUNTEER HOURS PER QUILT: Quilters are required to give three hours of volunteer time to the quilt show for each quilt they enter. Please click HERE sign up.
Note: Giving a demonstration during the show will count as three volunteer hours — though the demonstrations will last just 45 minutes — because of the preparation time involved.
If you will be out of town 8/30/24 – 9/3/24, please make arrangements to give your volunteer hours to the show committee before the start of the show. Because we are presenting this show ourselves [no museum or gallery involved this time], there will be plenty to do!

QUILT DROP OFF — TWO OPTIONS:
OPTION 1: Thursday, August 8 from 6:00 to 6:30 at the start of the monthly Guild meeting. NOTE: Challenge quilts will be revealed at that meeting and may be left for the show after the meeting.
OPTION 2: Saturday, August 24 at Ann Gabor’s home from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
IF YOU CANNOT DROP OFF YOUR QUILTS AT EITHER OF THESE OPTIONS, ARRANGE FOR A FRIEND TO DO IT FOR YOU.
QUILT PICK UP: Tuesday, September 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR QUILTS AT THE FAIRGROUNDS AT THIS TIME, ARRANGE FOR A FRIEND TO DO IT FOR YOU.
