"Tomorrow’s Quilts Today"

To illustrate “tomorrow” in this quilt, very modern fabrics were chosen. But a classic quilt block was chosen as its counterpoint — that of the Log Cabin.  Also, hand-work applique was used on the borders.  Both long-arm quilting (modern) and hand-quilting (classic) were used.
